We offer global delivery from our EU-based online shop. We ship to a variety of countries, but please note that some products may have shipping restrictions.

Due to various reasons, including the current geopolitical situation and potential shipping challenges, we regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver to countries affected by conflicts and other related issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

If you have any questions about shipping to your country or the availability of a product, please contact our customer service. Our statues are delivered safely and securely with a proper and professional packaging. 

 

Delivery Time

The delivery time for your order will depend on a few factors, such as the shipping destination and the availability of the product. If you are located within the EU, the delivery time is typically between 2-7 business days, but may vary depending on your location. ( Within EU: GLS 2-5 days, DHL 3-5 days, Express: 1-2 days ) If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, the delivery time may be longer due to customs and other factors. ( DHL Express Worlwide: 2-3 days) However, packages can arrive in major business centers around the world in just a few days.

We always strive to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.

All orders are delivered free of charge, but  Chinmoy Collection does not collect Duty directly and therefore those fees are not included in your order total. International customers are obligated to pay duty either in cash at the time of delivery or later on via bill or invoice to the carrier.

 

 

Import fees

In order to ensure that you receive your order, Chinmoy Collection uses the carrier (DHL, GLS) to deliver your statue quickly, safely, and at a reasonable cost. We understand the importance of timely delivery, which is why we have partnered with reputable carriers who have a proven track record of efficient shipping. Rest assured, your statue will be carefully packaged and tracked throughout its journey to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. 

 
International shipping rates are determined based on dimensional weight and the country of destination (since each country has various costs and fees).
 
Customs fees and other costs normally aren't included in the purchase price and may be imposed by your country's customs office. These tariffs and customs fees are sometimes collected by the transporter. 

 
Prior to your shipping, you must study the amount of taxes and customs you will owe. DHL and GLS ships our items to your region using the harmonized code that we have been assured is suitable, however your customs office has the authority to change this code on its own. 

You can ask for a review by getting in touch with the carrier and/or your customs office directly if you believe your final code or tax is incorrect. If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees that the carrier will charge to return the package.

How to calculate your Total  Import fees

Calculating your Total Import Costs:


1) Duty Cost= (Item price + Freight cost (incl. insurance)) x Duty Rate (5% - 6.5%)

2) VAT Cost= (Item price + Freight cost ) x VAT (%)

3) Total Import Costs= VAT Cost + Duty cost + Advancement fee 

 

Returning policy 


Our returning policy allows you to return an item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange as soon as possible, depending on the condition of the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Canceling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, If the process is reversed, it is extremely time-consuming to get the shipment back to our warehouse. In this case, we recommend that you pick up the package and return it to us via our returns page. If your package has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to support your request.
